COVID-19 Update – Alert Level 3

I would like to update you on any changes to the way EatingRightLivingRight will be operating during this unprecedented time. I truly appreciate all my regular customers and it’s great to see new customers coming through. We will continue to make your safety our utmost priority while continuing to deliver the products and support you need.

The New Zealand Government has announced that the country is moving down from Alert Level 4 to Alert Level 3 in response to the COVID-19 virus as of midnight Monday 27th April which is very positive. This means that all freight charges have now gone back to normal and I will continue to work from home fulfilling online orders and using contactless delivery methods with our courier. It is still possible that there could still be delivery delays at this time and I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

The weeks we have been through have been difficult for us all, one way or another, but together we will get through this. Please stay safe and healthy and I sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding.
