Green Tea and Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

2 scoops of Compliant Protein Blend (30 gm)
1 cup Green Tea – cooled
½ cup of Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Juice of One Lemon
1 tsp Agave Syrup
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger – Optional
Ice Cubes
Make one cup (250ml) Green Tea and allow to cool.

Method

Add protein powder to cold green tea and blend, then add raspberries, agave syrup, lemon juice, ground ginger and ice and blend for a few more minutes.
