Pecan Chocolate Balls

I hope you enjoy this delicious gap filler. Suitable for vegans and all blood types. Gluten Free.

Ingredients

4 scoops Compliant Protein Powder (60 gm)
1/2 cup Pecans
2 tbsp Grated 70% Dark Chocolate
3 tbsp Flaxseeds
6tbsp Raisins
2 tbsp Coconut Water
Pinch Himalayan Salt

Method

Place all ingredients into food processor and combine well, cover and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes. If you don’t have a food processor, use a mortar and pestle.

Let them cool for 30 minutes then form the mixture into small balls 3cm in diameter.

Our pecan chocolate balls are great to eat as a snack, between meals, when exercising, to help balance blood sugar levels and great for children, particularly very active kids. They are packed with protein, essential omegas and the addition of chocolate gives them that extra iron, magnesium and fibre.
