2022, what will this year bring us? I’m hoping for a much more relaxing year filled with lots of good food, family and friend time. How about you?

To help stay physically and mentally healthy, eat a good wholesome diet with plenty of blood type specific foods where you can, have a good exercise plan, and ensure you get a good night’s sleep.

Stress can start affecting our daily lives, particularly now, with so many changes and unusual demands put upon us. When you start noticing these changes happening, try and implement some tactics to help relieve the tension.
